Principle

This website is deliberately built to minimise data. No cookies are set, no analytics tools are used and no third-party content is loaded. Fonts are hosted locally; there is no connection to external font services.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing serves to ensure trouble-free operation and system security on the basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not merged with other data. Log data is retained by the hosting provider only for a short period and deleted automatically; we do not store it beyond that.

The hosting provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. A data processing agreement is in place; transfers take place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

Contact form and e-mail

If you use the enquiry form, the data you enter (name, company, e-mail address, subject and message) is transmitted in order to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Technical transmission is handled by the service Web3Forms (Stellar Labs LLC, Dover, Delaware, USA). Form data is processed there solely for forwarding to our e-mail address and is not stored permanently. In the course of this, the data you enter is transferred to the USA; the transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary to answer the enquiry you initiated yourself. If you would prefer to avoid this, please send us an e-mail directly instead.

Your enquiry and the associated correspondence are retained by us for as long as necessary to process it, and beyond that within the scope of statutory retention periods.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact the e-mail address given above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
